Description
Pub 49 is a locally owned bar that has been serving the Edmonton community for more than 20 years. We are a live music venue and cater to a diverse clientele. We are looking for a bartender/server who loves a diverse environment, loves working with a team, and enjoys live music
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Mixing and serving drinks from the bar
- Ensuring all guests have a positive experience
- Meeting daily sales quota's for both liquor and food
- Cooking food (some training will be provided)
- Keeping a clean and presentable environment
- Supporting wait staff in a capacity that is required
- Washing dishes
- Replace kegs when empty (must be able to lift them)
- Prep food to ensure an efficient kitchen
- Daily inventory count
- Balance your daily float
- Liquor ordering
- Knowledge of different types of beer, wine, spirits would be considered an asset
- Checking ID of patrons to ensure they are of age to purchase alcohol
- Cleaning tables, floor, counters, and dishes
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
Salary:
From $16.00 per hour
