Daiwa Distribution (Ontario) Inc. is a leading computer hardware distributor located in Markham, Ontario.

We are looking for a short term/part time Accounts Payable Clerk, Monday to Friday, about 4 ~ 5 hours per day, working time is felxible (morning or afternoon), our office hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

1 ~ 2 years in experience in general book keeping (accounts payable) required.

Responsibilities:


  • Process invoices and payments in a timely manner.
  • Ensure accuracy of invoices and payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies.
  • Prepare and submit payments to vendors.
  • Maintain vendor files and contact information.
  • Assist with monthend closing activities.

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Markham, ON L3R 3L4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

- vendor management: 1 year (preferred)

  • Accounts payable: 1 year (preferred)
