Liberty Kitchen Gardiner Park is looking for a motivated restaurant professional, ready to join our team of restaurateurs as a Bar Manager.

The Bar Manager position has huge growth potential for advancement as we continue our expansion and will challenge your leadership values and commitment to service excellence.

Role/Responsibilities:


  • Maintain/support the high standard of quality represented in our Food and Beverage programs
  • Coordinate and conduct preshift meetings
  • Maintain daily communication for Food, Wine and Beverage details as they relate to service
  • Ability to create and culture a work environment where staff development and good work are recognized
  • Increase check average, profitability and restaurant sales annually

Requirements:


  • At least two years of supervisory or management experience working in the restaurant industry actively planning, coordinating, managing all aspects of the operation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, guest services, and oral/written communication skills
  • A commitment to furthering your career through hard work and dedication, team developmentStrong commitment to the highest quality service standards
  • Strong Computer and office administration skills
  • Ability to train effectively and execute to deliver a great guest experience
  • Demonstrate a passion for food, beverage and all things related to the restaurant business
  • Ability to build and foster relationships
  • High attention to detail

Your compensation package includes:

Total job compensation (base / Other) is 54k +

Food Allowance
