Description

Nova Networks delivers a wide range of IT technology based projects, services, and ongoing support to a very industry diverse group of clients.

Many aspects with the project delivery phases of these IT solutions require the detailed management of tasks.

This will be achieved by the participation of a
Project Manager working with a team of Account Management, Engineering, Transition, and Service Delivery Resources.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the delivery of multiple projects
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and longterm goals
Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
Report and escalate to senior management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Ensure that all projects delivered on time, within scope and within budget
5 years of proven working experience in project management within the Information Technology sector
Must hold a PMP Certification
Solid understanding of current ITIL methodologies
Excellent clientfacing and internal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
