The Role
We're looking for a skilled Google Ads Manager with proven experience running lead-generation campaigns.
This is a long-term opportunity to become a key part of our team, managing multiple client accounts and driving measurable results.
Please note we are not looking for a white label agency.What You'll Do:
Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns for B2C lead gen
Conduct keyword research and build geo-targeted, high-intent campaigns
Write compelling ad copy aligned with client goals
Set up and manage conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager
Configure and maintain Looker Studio reports
Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for ROI
Manage multiple client accounts with attention to detail and accountability
Requirements
Strong experience managing successful Google Ads campaigns for lead generation
Proficiency with Google Tag Manager (container setup + conversion tracking)
Experience with Looker Studio reporting
Solid grasp of Google Ads best practices and analytics
Strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting performance goals
Clear and proactive communicator
Hours & Availability
20 hours per week, with the potential to grow as accounts scale. This is a long-term role with ongoing client management responsibilities. Must be available for check-ins and communcation during EST hours.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
