Description
Qualifications- Minimum of 4 years painting experience (using brushes, spray gun or paint rollers)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in general maintenance, mechanical and electronics preferred
- Drywall experience required which consists of patchwork to walls and ceiling
- Excellent trouble shooting skills
- Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrates initiative, enthusiasm and selfmotivation
- Must be detail oriented
- Ability to multi task in a timely manner
- Basic computer knowledge required (Microsoft Word and Excel)
