Responsibilities:

• Be prepared to work in multisite locations within the general area
• Oversee all aspects of the kitchen and food preparation
• Create and design innovative menus that reflect the culinary vision of the establishment
• Manage and train kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and other kitchen personnel
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet high standards
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement costeffective strategies
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations

Skills:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
• Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Creativity and passion for creating exceptional dishes
• Strong attention to detail

Please note that bartending experience is not relevant to the position of Executive Chef.

$65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

Kitchen Management: 4 years (required)
