Radiant Girls programs and camps combine fun wellness activities with empowering coaching to build positive self-image, emotional intelligence, and strong leadership skills in growing girls.

Our programs feature activities like yoga, self-care therapies, healthy cooking, confidence-building activities, emotional intelligence games, meaningful expressive art, and so much more

I am looking for support to help me take Radiant Girls to more communities across North America by expanding from camps to also include offering our classes in schools, and in other communities.

I am looking for an enthusiastic, resourceful and reliable individual who is willing to learn, committed to our mission, comfortable teaching and inspiring a group of kids and interested in a long-term partnership.

If you want to be an integral part of helping a small foundation grow and expand significantly, improving our community, and changing the world one kid at a time, this position is for you.

Job Duties:

• With training, run classes both in person and virtually.
• Help to create a Girls Club offered in public and private schools
• Teach events during PA days, Christmas and March Break
• Lead Instructor at Camps during the summer
• Help to improve the curriculum of classes, clubs, and camps
• Oversee other instructors, interns, and students
• Support the improvement of our systems and processes
• Be involved in the growth and development of the business

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience teaching girls 816 in person and virtually
• Experience teaching special events, activities, and games
• Strong passion for fitness, nutrition and wellness
• Education in mental health, psychology, behaviour, etc.
• Comfortable holding classes over Zoom
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills is critical

Personality & Character:

• Must LOVE Kids Middle school and teen girls especially
• Be outgoing, enthusiastic, and extraverted
• Creative, playful and know how to fun
• Enjoy taking risks, being resourceful
• Have a desire to create a positive impact on the world

Job Type:
Part-Time 20-30 hours per week to start.

Location:
Primarily a remote position, on-site classes in the Burlington/Halton region with occasional in-person meetings in Waterdown, ON
