Job Summary:

This position is responsible for handling all manual departmental processes for all orders while adhering to all GDCAEP processes and procedures.

Operators will be responsible to follow a production schedule at the station and balance each run before starting another, following all department SOP's and using department systems and tools as are already established

Responsibilities:

Maintain the highest quality standards for all processed work
Meet established department benchmarks within a month
Comply with all G+D internal policies as they relate to; processing, conduct, safety and security of both product and self
Maintain the highest integrity standards for all processed work
Must be focused and show an attention to detail
Must be focused on customer satisfaction
Must be able to multi task
Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently
Responsible for the organization and cleanliness of the work area
Other duties as required
Comply with G+D Environmental, Health & Safety policies, procedures and report any Environmental, Health & Safety hazards, incidents and concerns to the immediate supervisor/manager. Management will ensure employees are provided with job specific Environmental, Health & Safety information, training and also ensure employees follow workplace Health & Safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications, Experience and Educational Requirements:

Work Experience:

12 years related work experience in manufacturing/production field
Skills and Competencies:
Good communication and reading skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Basic computer skills
Good memory and attention to detail
Work under minimum supervision and as part of a team

Education:

Completion of High School preferred
Working Conditions:
Sitting for extended periods of time
Repetitive routine work
Noisy environment
Read small print on a daily basis
Fast paced secure environment
Physical Requirements:
Lifting up to 40lbs
Pushing up to 20lbs
