Summary:
The Regional Leasing Administrator (RLA) will be responsible for the leasing & administration of an assigned portfolio of properties.

The RLA will be responsible for ensuring that key administrative and leasing aspects of the portfolio are maintained in a professional and proficient manner.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Maintain knowledge of properties (availability of suite types and layouts, promote amenities, and value added services provided).
  • Schedule appointments with prospective residents with proper follow up and professionalism.
  • Ensure suites are prepared and ready for resident moveins.
  • Communicate and liase with Property Manager, Residents, and Site Staff to ensure optimal service performance levels and coordiante all property administration requirements.
  • Assist in preparing correspondence requirements for Residents and Management
  • Coordinate tenant work order completion process in accordance with company procedures.
  • Promote resident retention by communicating effectively with existing residents and ensure service issues are handled in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for meeting individual property administration procedures
  • Maintain and ensure appropriate control records of applicants
  • Carry out other duties and/or procedures as required.

Qualifications:


  • Two years related leasing/sales and administration experience with knowledge of the Property Management industry.
  • College Diploma preferred.
  • Marketing experience an asset.
  • Knowledge of Yardi & Property Vista.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Professional appearance including excellent ritten & verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work effectively independently as a key collaborator.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organization skills to perform office administration duties
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced, high volume environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours when needed, including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to travel to multiple properties.
