Location: Dundas, Ontario
Type of Employment:Full-time permanent
Compensation:$21.00 per hour starting, wage commensurate on experience

- Monday to Friday
- Rotating Saturdays

Who are we?Position Summary**- As the Shipper/Receiver/Entry-Level Counterperson, the individual will be trained on the counter and will be performing Shipping/Receiving duties and Counter duties, depending on the daily business needs. They will be required to efficiently check, pick, receive, ship, stock and organize automotive parts. They will help maintain the inventory and cleanliness of the store. They will be required to reliably deliver auto parts to our valued customers, answer internal and external telephone calls and complete necessary paperwork in an accurate manner. Effective use of resources, such as the company database and parts catalogue will be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Store warehouse duties (picking orders, receiving, inventory control, shipping, stocking and organizing)
- Help control inventory and ensure product availability
- Complete necessary paperwork in an accurate manner
- Collaborate with the main warehouse to resolve stockrelated concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized store by keeping racking, shelves, pallet area, workstations and shared spaces neat (organize products, sweep, dust, sanitize and mop)
- Provide quality customer service and assist customer inquiries both inperson and over the phone using automotive knowledge, company systems and parts catalogues
- Answer inbound calls and ensure all calls are answered in a professional manner
- Make followup calls to customers as necessary
- Efficiently and safely load auto parts onto delivery vehicles
- Other reasonable duties as assigned by the management team
Key Requirements

G Driver's License and clean 3-year abstract required (company vehicle available for deliveries)
- Customer Service experience
- Aftermarket automotive parts knowledge/experience
- Picking, receiving, shipping, inventory control and stock maintenance experience an asset
- Basic math skills and ability to sort alphanumerically
- Basic computer skills (e.g. ability to use Outlook, online database and webbased training)

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move 10 lbs. (4.5 kg) to 50 lbs kg) safely and consistently
- Ability to walk, stand, sit, climb, balance, twist, lift and bend on a regular basis
