We're Hiring a Customer Service Manager (Low Rise Tarion Warranty Program)


If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading teams, we want you to join us As the Customer Service Manager, you'll oversee the warranty service program for our Wyndfield and Riverland communities, ensuring homeowners receive top-notch service throughout the warranty period.


What You'll Do:


  • Lead and manage our warranty service program for your assigned communities, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
  • Inspire and guide a talented team to deliver on service repairs and warranty items promptly.
  • Collaborate with homeowners, trade partners, and internal teams to exceed expectations at every touchpoint.

What You'll Bring:


  • 5+ years of experience managing Tarion Warranty Program in low rise residential construction.
  • Proven leadership skills and a passion for developing highperforming teams.
  • A customercentric mindset with a passion for exceeding expectations.
