Overview:

Responsibilities:

Review open sales orders and upcoming projects, and identify procurement needs
Generate purchase orders with accuracy, expedite as needed, and stay current on changes that may affect supply
Ensure a smooth and continuous supply of required goods and materials
Receive and input vendor invoices (Quickbooks)
Verify received goods, and communicate and resolve quality issues with vendors and/or production team
Develop and oversee warehouse organization systems, including a detailed inventory of materials and supplies
Review production documents and perform inventory adjustments (Quickbooks) to keep the system up to date
Participate in weekly production team meetings to build and revise production schedules
Liaise with other departments to ensure projects are completed on schedule

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management in a manufacturing environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Gmail, PDF
Experience with Quickbooks an asset
Enjoy teamwork but be able to work independently
Organized and detailoriented
Strong time management skills
Ability to prioritize daily tasks
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and manage physical inventory
