Seasonal Customer Service Representative - Warehouse

Responsibilities:


  • Completes shipments by processing orders
  • Enforces inventory control
  • Preserves clean and safe work environment by keeping shelves and work stations neat
  • Provides quality service by following organization standards
  • Stocking, rotating, and maintaining store shelves
  • Handle a high volume of customer pickups and chlorine refills
  • Building patio furniture
  • Answer client questions accurately and efficiently
  • All other duties and responsibilities assigned

Requirements:


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Forklift operation skills an asset
  • Ability to lift 50Lbs comfortably
  • Experience in Customer Service is considered an asset
  • Friendly and positive attitude
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and remain flexible to unanticipated issues
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency with computers
  • Must be available to work weekends
Contract length: 4-6 months

Hours: 40 per week


Expected start date:

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Weekend availability a must
  • Weekdays
  • Fulltime (5 days per week) availability preferred

Experience:

Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)


Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Salary:
$15.50 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
Curbside pickup available, common surfaces are sanitized regularly, etc.

  • Burlington, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
