    VOTRE RÔLE :

    Nous invitons les candidat·e·s à considérer ce rôle comme l'opportunité de diriger les activités financières et comptables au sein de l'entreprise, avec une forte collaboration auprès du directeur général.

    RESPONSABILITÉS

    • Collaborer avec la direction à la gestion des fonctions financières, comptables et fiscales de l'entreprise ;
    • Effectuer diverses analyses comptables et fournir des recommandations ;
    • Collaborer à la préparation, la révision et le suivi des budgets ;
    • Préparer divers rapports et relevés fiscaux ;
    • Agir comme personne-ressource auprès des professionnels et de divers intervenants ;
    • Gérer et accompagner l'équipe comptable dans ses opérations ;
    • Participer avec différents acteurs aux initiatives pour optimiser les processus.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Baccalauréat en comptabilité, administration des affaires ou en finances ;
    • Expérience avérée dans un rôle de contrôleur ou de niveau similaire ;
    • Expérience en cabinet de service professionnel, un atout ;
    • Titre CPA, un atout ;
    • Connaissance approfondie des principes comptables, des normes financières et des règlementations fiscales ;
    • Compétences avancées en matière d'analyse financière et de gestion budgétaire ;
    • Intérêt marqué vers les tendances émergentes et dans l'optimisation de processus ;
    • Favoriser un climat de travail harmonieux en adoptant une approche constructive et humaine ;
    • Capacité à communiquer de manière claire et concise avec les parties prenantes internes et externes ;
    • Bonnes compétences en leadership. Une expérience en gestion d'équipe constitue un atout ;
    • Bon bilinguisme tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit ;
    • Maitrise de logiciels comptables, financiers, ainsi que des outils informatiques courants.
