As Client Experience Leader you'll be responsible for building and maintaining a team that recognizes their key role in delivering a superior service experience to our discerning clientele.
Here's what we're looking for:
- 2 years+ of retail experience with leadership capacity in managing a store/department
- An inspirational leader focused on recruitment, coaching and development of a team
- A focus on driving longterm customer loyalty and conversion by training team on elevating both the instore and online customer experience.
- Demonstrated interest and ability in developing others with a proven track record of documented coaching and development as well as performance improvement plans that have resulted in tangible improvements.
- Strong business acumen in luxury retail and a keen understanding of how to execute business plans and company initiatives, individually and through one's team
