We run a growing restaurant service company that handles maintenance and repair for multiple restaurant locations+
Responsibilities
- Unified intake & tracking – We get work orders through various sources (email, portals, PDF attachments, etc.). We want these orders automatically captured, parsed, and consolidated into a single place (Google Sheet, Airtable, database—open to your recommendation) with key details standardized.
- Automated workflows – Once orders are captured,
we need to update job statuses,
send notifications
to update vendor bills,
& reconciling payments should be automated wherever possible.
