Self Storage Associate/Administrator - Part time

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate. As an Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment and has excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations based on their needs
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling
Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
Stay uptodate on product knowledge and promotions to effectively answer customer inquiries
Assist with inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise

Experience:

Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining great attention to detail
Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
Proficiency in computers
