Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide them with assistance in locating and selecting products
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Process customer transactions using the POS system accurately
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise
- Ensure that shelves and displays are properly stocked and organized
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of any discrepancies or low stock
- Participate in store opening and closing procedures as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic math skills and proficiency in using a POS system
- Ability to move and restock products
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Type:
Part-time
Salary:
$16.00-$18.00 per hour
Day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Shift:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
