Responsibilities
- Collaborating with internal and external teams (including optics high-speed electronics, firmware, packaging, and system validation) on understanding the technical specifications and deliverables and developing execution GANT chart.
- Drive structured program execution (milestones, risk management, action items tracking, dependency mapping) and communicate program status, risks, escalations, resource needs, and decision points to leadership in a clear data-driven way.
- Cultivate relationship internally externally that enable anticipation of possible problems before they become crisis at time well within window for development of alternative lower risk path.
