Toromont Material Handling is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for connecting with the sales team to ensure all customer relations are dealt with in a timely manner.

In a typical day, YOU will:

Demonstrate safe and environmentally sound work behaviours at all times in support of Toromont's Health and Safety Policy, Programs and initiatives
Prepare and transmit equipment and work tool orders to vendors
Review orders and acknowledgements to ensure accuracy
Assist and collaborate with Sales Representatives and Service Coordinators for new equipment sourcing
Provide administrative support to Supervisor including internal system updates and forecasts
Assist internal customers with all order related issues, including transit times, equipment specifications and troubleshooting

Must-haves for this role:

Postsecondary education
