Analyst, Capacity and Resource Management - Valcourt, Canada - BRP
Description
The Resource Capacity and Management Analyst is the point of reference in the Transformation office for short-, medium- and long-term resource planning. The analyst must evaluate the use of resources and validate the availability of resources to carry out projects. They then make recommendations based on the results of their analyses, and ensure optimal use of resources in collaboration with resource managers.
YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Capacity management
Be responsible for carrying out capacity analyses
Activities include:
- Establishing organizational baselines
- Highlighting expected capacity gaps and making recommendations
- Following up action plans with resource managers.
- To ensure that capacity gaps are filled before execution.
Resource management
Be responsible for analysis of resource management in Transformation Office projects. Activities include
- Assessment of resource planning performance
- Identifying planning issues
- Suggesting ways to improve resource planning.
- Ensuring the validity of data presented
- Monitoring the performance of indicators
- Proposing new key performance indicators
- Facilitation of resource planning management meetings
- Raising planning issues before they arise.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelor's degree in business administration, management computing, computer engineering or any other related discipline.
1-3 years of experience in capacity management and resource planning or project management.
Good knowledge of business, operational and corporate processes.
Experience working in a matrix environment.
Bilingual in French and English.
