Office & HR CoordinatorPeople
- Prepare HR documentation including but not limited to offers of employment, employee change forms, and compensation adjustments.
- Support managers in the use of performance management systems, and the relevant documentation for salary increases.
- Assist with research on best practices, developing HR policies, creating, and implementing HR projects and programs.
- Coordinate employee recognition events and initiatives, and or gifts.
- Organization of teambuilding events and employee engagement activities.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with managers during the recruitment process.
- Oversee Employees extended health benefits program.
- Chair the Joint Health & Safety Committee, ensure that BCB is complying with.
- Project management> Facilitate facility projects, coordinate contractors/ services as needed.
- Facility maintenance booking and confirming regularly scheduled services.
- Contacting service providers and setting up services as needed
- Communicating with landlords re building
- Overseeing the facility and asset maintenance tracking, as well as general liability insurance coordination.
- Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
- Maintaining general office files, including employee files and other files related to the company's operations.
- Fulfilling and shipping online store orders.
- Merchandise inventory tracking. Monthly physical count, reconciling merchgive aways, and updating square inventory.
- Biweekly sales reporting of taproom sales
- Support sales team including coverage of sales desk and support for special events.

Qualifications:
- Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Google Suites.
- 2 or more years' office administration experience, or experience in relatable field is ideal.
- Comfortable handling confidential information.
- Knowledge of business and management principles and practices
- Knowledge of Human Resource practices advantages
- Hourly Wage: $23$28 Depending on experience.

Salary:
$23.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
