What you'll do:


You are a key player on the IT team, and you will have a direct impact on the technological groundwork of GraceMed.


Project Handling Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor project tasks, timelines, and deliverables with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to project manager and relevant parties.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, such as plans, reports, budgets, and schedules.
  • Provide administrative support to project team, such as scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and organizing files.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders on GraceMed's CRM and EMR software platforms.
  • Research and learn new CRM features and best practices to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
  • Provide training and support to endusers on EMR system functionality and features.

To be successful in this role you will need:

years of experience in an IT position.

  • Passionate about software enhancement and openness to learning.
  • Experience in a growing environment is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of general IT procedures.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Aptitude in problemsolving and high attention to details.
  • Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach.
  • Postsecondary education in an IT program is desirable.
