Description

Reporting to the Regional Manager (M/F), the Warehouse Manager (M/F), also known as Warehouseman (M/F), plays an active role in the smooth running of the warehouse.

The Warehouse Manager (M/F) is responsible for ensuring that the team performs its duties correctly and complies with the company's workplace policies.

Main duties include

Responsible for warehouse management
Control product quality
Supervise staff and monitor their work
Distribute schedules to employees
Reinforce company policies and procedures
Ensure excellent customer service and meet customer requirements
Ensure good staff behavior and completion of staff appraisals at the end of each period
Be the focal point for administrative followup with the Human Resources department and head office.
Communicate any deviations, anomalies and employee behavior to his/her immediate superior.
