    Responsibilities & Duties
  • Conceptual, preliminary and detailed engineering design for various Land Development projects including subdivision and site plan type developments, includingSite GradingPipe DesignLocal Road DesignESC Design
  • Coordinate with and utilize technical resources within the land development group as project demands.
  • Preparation and review of engineering drawings sets, technical memos, reports, construction plans and specifications.
  • Provide leadership on projects, including acting as the project's stamping engineer on a wide variety of projects
  • Writing reports and design briefs for submission purposes to agencies
  • Liaising with clients
  • Review and issuance of construction cost estimates and detailed construction specifications
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years minimum industry experience
  • Bachelor's University Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited University
  • Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation is an asset
  • Experience with managing residential subdivision and/or ICI developments
  • Experienced with standard analysis programs, Microsoft Office programs, Hydraulic and transient modelling software, AutoCAD Civil 3D and other associated programs as desired
  • Exhibit strong work ethic and high degree of motivation
  • Experience with writing and reviewing technical reports
