- TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS ESSENTIELLES_
- Accueillir les invités et présenter des menus
- Fournir des informations sur le menu et les plats du jour
- Prendre et servir les commandes de nourriture et de boissons
- Préparer, nettoyer et organiser les tables
- Gardez les tables et la salle à manger propres
- Gérer les paiements
- Coopérer et communiquer avec tout le personnel de service et de cuisine
- Adhérer aux réglementations sanitaires
- Fournir un excellent service client et de la satisfaction
- QUALIFICATIONS_
- Expérience avec un système de point de vente de restaurant
- Solides compétences multitâches
- Capacité à performer dans un environnement rapide
- Capacité à coopérer et à travailler en équipe
- Excellentes capacités d'écoute et de communication
- Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle
- Bilingue français et anglais
- Expérience mínimale d'un an dans un rôle similaire

We are currently looking for a waiter/waitress who will share our vision and provide excellent service to our guests.
- ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES_
- Greet guests and present menus
- Provide information about menu and daily specials
- Take and serve food and drink orders
- Prepare and arrange table settings
- Keep tables and dining area clean
- Deliver bill and collect payments
- Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
- Adhere to health rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction
- QUALIFICATIONS_
- Hands-on experience with a restaurant POS system
- Strong multitasking skills
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to co-operate and work in a team
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Bilingual French and English
- Minimum one-year experience in a similar role

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
