Description

Marketing Manager responsibilities include:


  • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door.
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis.
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones.

Requirements and skillset:


  • Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn.
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools and CRMs (e.g., Google Analytics, Zozo, Web Trends)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Performance Objectives

  • You are strong enough to manage a bit of ambiguity, but still able to execute.
  • Good sense of marketing priorities for hightech B2B
  • Experience marketing to various buyer personas, verticals, and stages of the buyer journey; ability to create campaigns that attract, nurture, convert, and retain customers.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Success in executing direct and channel marketing strategies to drive growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (master's degree preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and knowledge of HTML is preferred.
  • Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite for creating marketing materials

Salary:
From $25.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No more than 32 per week
