The Sales Operations I is an entry level position responsible for providing day to day account interaction and order processing services for the customer.
The Sales Operations I manages the account operations for specific accounts, including the appropriate execution of product and service contract provisions, acts as a focal point and monitors customer problems to ensure that they are handled as efficiently and effectively as possible.
This role reports into the Product Sales Sr ManagerWhat We Need & What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
Responsibilities:
- Provides presale support including product research, pricing, configuration information, peripheral information, and pre
- Performs maintenance of assigned accounts, processes Purchase Orders, order entry, order tracking, image set up and coordination of returns. Ensures all paperwork is complete and accurate.
- Reviews customer requests and determines product availability. Suggests solutions to customer requests and communicates discontinued products and available substitutions.
- Communicates pertinent activities to the Account Executive, including quotes, orders and open issues. Serves as the primary point of contact for Account Executives, customers and vendors.
- Coordinates with other departments including Service, Configuration, Distribution, and the field Sales team to ensure a smooth flow of products and services to the customer.
- Forecasts client product needs to ensure available stock.
- Provides postsale support to the customer, including but not limited to, RMAs, A/R, and any other customer satisfaction issues; serves as a liaison between customers and appropriate company departments to resolve customer questions and problems to ensure a smooth sales process and to enhance customer experience.
Who You Are (Qualifications):
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
- Area of Study: Technical or businessoriented field
- Years of Experience: 13 years of significant related work experience
- Strong analytical and problemsolving experience working in sales operations, preferably at a hightech or software company.
- Proven ability to work and interact in a fastpaced environment and solid level of comfort with multitasking.
- Customerfocused
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, along with an excellent telephone manner.
