TITLE:
Student Recruitment - Social Media Officer
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The role of the Student Recruitment Officer will be to recruit students for Randolph College for the
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP:
Reports Senior Leadership
EMPLOYMENT TYPE:
Full-time (40 hours/week), contract leading to permanent
WORK WEEK:
This position requires the Employee to have flexible working hours, Monday, Wednesday and Friday during regular business operating hours, 9:00am - 5:30pm (including a half-hour unpaid lunch break),
Tuesday and Thursdays operating hours, 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm for a total of 40 hours per week. Working week or hours may change based on business requirements.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Postsecondary education, minimum of a Certificate or Diploma equivalence;
- Minimum of 1year work experience working in a similar role;
- Basic knowledge of the Private Career College system;
- 13 years marketing experience;
- Ability to meet and/or exceed determined activity quotas;
- Experience with CRM platforms, detailoriented, efficient and effective communicator
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Native or bilingual proficiency in English;
- Excellent written communication skills;
- Superior teamwork capabilities;
- Excellent client service skills;
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, experience communicating; Ability to maintain professionalism and cordiality when working with others;
- Exceptional work ethic with the ability to initiate and remain on task without supervision;
- Ability to multitask and effectively handle multiple deadlines and projects;
- Capacity to provide accurate assistance, information, and instructions to students and staff in a helpful, friendly, and professional manner;
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet and enroll students virtually/ in person based on their educational goals;
- Implement Digital Marketing, administering, and evaluating Digital Marketing plans for organic student recruitment;
- Promote and create social media communications in line with the Randolph College for the
- Conduct research and analysis, gather information, write articles and stories, edit content, and adapt material to online format, tone, voice and style;
- Actively support all targeted organic recruitment campaigns, including targeted distribution of promotional materials and tracking responses/interest in the CRM and other tracking tools;
- Conduct webinars to generate interest and educate about potential students about the program offering at the College;
- Weekly reporting listing key operational and recruitment related steps taken, key statistics, any major issues and how they were resolved, challenges and how they were handled;
- Ensure CRM is up to date and lead follow up matrix is maintained and tweaked to obtain desired outcomes;
- Assist with online media analysis, activities and design on every facet of online marketing campaigns and report marketing ROI metrics and input into the internal CRM;
- Manage ongoing processes and tasks associated with CRM system;
- Assist in schedules, budgets and resource plans for Digital Marketing by researching current market trends and updating marketing knowledge;
- Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
- Understand the target audience for each social media account, help to create engaging, relevant and timely content in a variety of media including photographs, video that support the college goals.
- Design and deliver social media and digital campaigns to achieve outreach goals.
- Work with staff to generate online and social media content and reach desired audiences.
- Explore new media channels to engage with audiences.
Gather web site and digital material from a variety of sources; edits, proofs and posts content. Write and procure from available sources web site and digital content related to news, research, events, residence, and activities postings.

Ensure that all web site content is uploaded to the site on a timely basis, refreshed and updated

- Create communication, marketing, and dissemination tools and content for diverse audiences in print and electronic formats
Gather information and help to create presentations for diverse audiences within specified guidelines. Collaborate with program staff to plan, coordinate, and implement various communication projects.
