Job Overview:
As a Hanlyn Field Technician, you will work with a group of hard working sub
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct various repairs in response to tenant maintenance requests
- Deliver correspondence to tenants at properties under our management
- Investigate building maintenance issues and propose solutions
- Provide access to properties as needed
- Being present during sheriff enforced evictions
Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in a repair and maintenance role
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think critically and problemsolve effectively.
- Professionalism in tenant and subcontractor interactions
- Competency installing flooring
- Competency in making drywall repairs
- Competency installing doors and windows
- Competency installing door hardware
- Competency in painting
- Familiarity with plumbing
- Familiarity with electrical
Reports Directly to:
Project Manager
Education:
- Secondary School (required)
Experience:
- Repair and Maintenance: 2 years (required)
Job Types:

Salary:
$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
