Our 60+ Endocrinologists, many of whom are nationally renowned for their areas of expertise, are supported by an interdisciplinary team of highly qualified professionals.
Currently, our growing team is looking for aCoordinator, Medical Education and Clinical Operations who can work for us on a
permanent full-time basis.
Responsibilities
- Creation, implementation, and ongoing training regarding clinical SOPs.
- Onboarding of new footcare providers (Chiropodists, Foot Care Nurses, Pedorthists).
- Establishment of training programs.
- Acting as a clinical resource for newly graduated footcare providers.
- Creation of patient and physician educational materials.
- Assist our footcare team to achieve complete confidence in offering products to their clients.
- Provide one on one coaching to footcare providers regarding best practices pertaining to orthotic sales, casting, adjustments, and fittings.
- Support footcare providers with oneonone coaching on compression socks/stocking sales, fittings, and patient education.
- Collaboration with other divisions of LMC Healthcare to ensure smooth operational processes for the footcare team.
- Treatment of patients 2 days per week (to meet your college requirements).

Requirements:
- 5 or more years as a Chiropodist.
- In good standing with your respective College and Association.
- Experience with one or more EMR systems.
- Excellent problemsolving ability.
- Strong clinical background and knowledge of best clinical practices.
- Proficient with orthotic assessments, casting and manufacturing, and fitting.
- Highly capable of measuring and fitting for compression stockings.
- Comfortable in a leadership role.
- Experience coaching/teaching others is an asset.
- Access to a vehicle and having a valid driver's license.
