Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Bread Baker to join our team. As a Bread Baker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality bread products on a daily basis.

This is a physically demanding position that requires early morning shifts, starting at 3:00 am, and the ability to lift over 50 pounds.

Responsibilities:

Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.
Operate baking equipment, including ovens, mixers, and proofers.
Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure quality products.
Shape dough to produce a variety of bread products, including loaves, and rolls.
Clean and maintain equipment and work area to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
Communicate with team members to ensure the timely and efficient production of bread products.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bread Baker.
Ability to work early morning shifts, starting at 3:00 am.
Ability to lift over 50 pounds.
Knowledge of bread baking techniques and ingredients
Attention to detail and commitment to producing highquality products.
Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
