Job Description:


As a Sales Representative at Guided Giving, you will play a vital role in promoting donations for our organization through direct interactions with potential donors in residential areas.

We are looking for individuals who excel in various aspects of sales, possessing exceptional charisma, communication skills, and the ability to quickly establish rapport and gain trust with clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Utilize exceptional charisma and communication skills to establish rapport and gain trust with potential donors.
  • Demonstrate empathy and emotional intelligence to understand customer needs and respond appropriately to concerns.
  • Utilize adept problemsolving skills to identify obstacles and provide creative solutions tailored to customer requirements.
  • Exhibit resilience and persistence in the face of rejection, remaining undeterred and motivated to achieve sales goals.
  • Embrace adaptability, swiftly learning and adjusting sales approaches based on feedback and market dynamics.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively with efficient time management and organizational skills to ensure optimal productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a customerfacing role.

Schedule:
Monday to Saturday, Sunday as needed

Pay:
Up to $3,000.00 per week
