Position Overview
Are you a student in the pharmaceutical field aiming for a career in our region?

We need you this summer for a 14-week full-time period (dates to be determined, May to August 2024).

Hourly rate is $22.00 plus 14% in lieu of benefits.

You'll have the chance to work closely with our team of multidisciplinary professionals.

Your main tasks will be to:

Support the development and implementation of the ADC medication scanning initiative.
Conduct audits on various phases of the medication distribution and administration process.
Support the development of educational resources to prevent and mitigate diversion.
Support the development of online SharePoint tools to enhance pharmacy and hospital operations.
Create and maintain reports.
Conduct huddles on safe medication practices.
Support pharmacy operations

Criminal Check

As a pre-condition of employment:

All new HGH employees will be required to obtain and provide a satisfactory Police Records Check dated within six (6) months from the date of issue.
As of now, HGH will require all employees, physicians, learners, contractors and volunteers to be fully vaccinated against COVID19.

What we are looking for
This position requires a student with pharmacy training, either a college technician or university pharmacist.

You must be bilingual (English and French).
