    We seek an individual dedicated to delivering unparalleled customer experiences across our mobile and digital platforms. As the Digital Product Manager , you'll serve as the driving force behind our marketing efforts, with a keen focus on enhancing our Mobile and Web channels. You'll directly manage and refine our suite of digital products across multiple brands and applications within the goeasy, easyfinancial, and easyhome domains. We're looking for someone with robust product management skills and a proven track record of uniting cross-functional teams to foster a customer-centric culture and spur exponential growth for goeasy.

    In this role, you'll spearhead all product and marketing initiatives from inception to fruition, crafting a cutting-edge online user experience for goeasy.

    What will you be doing?

  • Own product development for all online platforms and the product enhancements roadmap, aligning with organizational strategies.
  • Lead the digital roadmap to drive greater conversion rates, focusing on short and long-term strategies.
  • Collaborate on creating epics, user journey maps, and user stories using Jira, serving as a digital customer experience expert.
  • Create prototypes and mock-ups with Designers and technical teams using tools like Figma or Mural.
  • Advocate for the customer, ensuring digital products are optimized with user-centric design.
  • Translate customer journeys into technical specifications to advance the product roadmap.
  • Participate in Scrum ceremonies to support agile development processes.
  • Incorporate usability studies and research into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, agency partners, IT, BI, and Channel Enablement, to implement digital solutions.
  • Define scope and requirements for digital product features and ongoing enhancements, managing backlog and project activities.
  • What experience do you have?

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in end-to-end execution, from ideation to delivery, of quality mobile and web applications.
  • Proficient communicator, adept at guiding teams in understanding project objectives and priorities.
  • Strong understanding of digital product management principles and best practices.
  • Basic technical proficiency, data-informed decision-making, and logical thinking skills for effective trade-off assessments.
  • Ability to research and evaluate designs and technologies to drive efficiencies and desired outcomes.
  • Proven track record of product delivery across multiple projects and distributed teams.
  • Highly collaborative, with the ability to build and nurture relationships across diverse teams.
  • Customer-focused mindset, dedicated to delivering optimal user experiences through complex problem-solving.
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles and proficiency in mobile and web technologies.
  • Nice to Have: Experience working in both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum environments.Product Management certification or equivalent experience.Training in UX and/or UI Design.Agile certification (CSM, CPO).
