    Requirements:

    • Vocational diploma (DEP) in machining techniques
    • Mechanical or aerospace engineering qualifications
    • Teamwork ability
    • Proficiency in French (written and verbal)
    • Good understanding and reading skills in English
    • Knowledge of English language is essential for operational purposes and interactions
    • Experience of 1 to 2 years is a bonus

    What Your Daily Responsibilities Will Involve

    • Production Plan:
      • Ensure optimal production of equipment, machines, and tools
      • Analyze work requirements and foresee challenges in advance
      • Diagnose production indicators and carry out necessary actions
      • Maintain and control production flow and inventories
      • Make adjustments and alignments of tools and equipment
      • Take measures to ensure on-time delivery to customers
    • Maintenance Plan:
      • Diagnose and coordinate repairs for equipment issues
      • Apply maintenance procedures for equipment and processes
      • Use various IT systems for monitoring and maintenance
      • Ensure tooling integrity and calibration
      • Document quality standards and requirements
    • Global Quality Plan:
      • Validate compliance with quality standards
      • Analyze indicators and recommend actions
      • Investigate and address recurring problems
      • Utilize mechanisms like 'ANDON' for workflow disruptions
      • Conduct quality clinics and ensure part standards
    • Related Functions:
      • Perform various tasks such as inspections, cleaning, and packaging
      • Contribute to the continuous flow of materials and external tasks
