    Marketing Specialist (Americas Region)

    The Marketing Specialist for the Americas region will be an integral member of the Brunel Marketing team, developing, executing, and maintaining the organization's brand internally & externally. They will be key in driving marketing campaigns and reflecting our Marketing and Brand Strategy. The Marketing Specialist will support social media campaigns, community management and content creation, while working closely with multiple teams across the organization.

    Responsibilities

    Maneuver marketing campaigns through all areas of the project life cycle

    Create new graphics to support proposals & presentations

    Edit graphics to reflect Brunel's brand

    Video creation and editing capabilities.

    Digital Marketing & Online Presence

    Execute digital marketing efforts, including social media, and content marketing, to drive website traffic, lead generation, and customer engagement.

    experience is a must. Posting and ad targeting.

    Instagram experience

    Monitor online trends and leverage digital platforms to maximize reach and engagement with the Americas' target audience.

    Social media content creation

    Content editing capabilities. Adobe & Canva experience is required, in addition to still design (photo editing), and experience with video creation and editing

    Intranet

    Create new pages Connect (Intranet)

    Monitor & update existing pages

    Champion the use of the intranet

    Marketing Campaigns & Product Launches

    Execute integrated marketing campaigns and product launches to promote new and existing products effectively

    Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement

    Ensure live campaigns are effectively communicated to staff

    Brand Management

    Ensure consistent brand messaging and image representation across all campaigns in the Americas

    Implement strategies to strengthen brand awareness and reputation

    Be the internal champion for the brand

    Cross-Function Collaboration

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to ensure effective collaboration with key stakeholders within the business including Sales, Product Management, Business Development, and Operations, as well as global marketing functions.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent

    Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

    Graphic design – creation and editing.

    Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills

    Proven experience with marketing strategies, executing campaigns, and analytical reporting for stakeholders
