About the Opportunity:
Due to an exciting period of growth, StandardFusion currently has an opportunity for a
Systems Integration Specialist to join our team in
Vancouver, BC, on a
full-time basis.
Systems Integration Specialist will be responsible for providing technical consulting, development, support, and product guidance to StandardFusion's customers. This role will have you working very closely with the our Customer Success and Development teams.
- Providing technical consultation and project management expertise for customer implementations and custom solutions
- Collaborating with other Developers and Customer Success Managers to design and create technical solutions that exceed customer expectations
- Translating customer challenges and business requirements into functional and intuitive solutions
- Being a team player who enjoys collaborating with, learning from, mentoring, and teaching other team members to create a positive work environment
- Troubleshooting problems and optimizing processes to deliver the best experience possible to customers

More About You:
- Communicate complex technical topics to customers
- Experience with Javascript or another scripting language
- Experience with SQL Server, MySQL or other relational databases
- Experience using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft SharePoint, Notion, CRM and/or ticketing systems
- Troubleshooting failures in systems that span multiple services
- Experience working with a variety of stakeholders at large enterprises, from developers to senior management
- Collaborating, coordinating, and directing internal teams to execute client projects
- Understanding of information security, governance, risk management and compliance
- Impeccable written and spoken English language skills
- Critical thinking and problemsolving skills
