    Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for engaging with diverse candidates in a high-volume setting. No prior experience is necessary.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pre-screening calls to evaluate candidates against specific job requirements and organizational fit.
  • Manage a large volume of candidate interactions, ensuring a positive and professional experience for each candidate.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database.
  • Provide prompt and courteous responses to candidate inquiries.
  • Qualifications:

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage effectively with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
  • High level of enthusiasm and a positive demeanor, especially when managing high-volume candidate interactions.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines
