- Manage and execute the sales pipeline, combining outbound prospecting with inbound lead nurturing.
- Conduct product demos and drive deals from start to finish.
- Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and social media, leveraging sales automation systems and CRM tools.
- Experiment with email sequences and refine negotiation strategies to optimize sales performance.
- Maintain a detailed database of prospective clients, ensuring systematic follow-up and personalized engagement.
- 1–2 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or client-facing role (SDR or BDR Position is a plus)
- Proficiency with CRM and sales automation technologies.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to qualify prospects effectively and handle objections in real-time.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with samples of content.
- Experience with data analysis tools (minimum Excel), and a basic understanding of coding.
- A university or college degree.
- Experience in fast-paced technology companies, SaaS, and/or startups.
- Events industry-related work experience, affiliation, or education.
- Skills in content creation.
