Description
We are looking for an Accounts Coordinator to join our team in Langley, BC.
In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of accounts, reporting, billing/data entry, lead generation, and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of accounts
- Data entry and management of financial records
- Generate leads through various channels and follow up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities
- Prepare and present reports on sales and financial performance to management
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless customer service and delivery of services
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in business administration or a related field
- 12 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a salesdriven environment
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detailoriented and able to multitask effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
$35,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Langley, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
