.



Position Summary/Objective:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our fast-growing and fast-paced organization.

As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our media accounts, including search, social, and retail media.

You will work closely with the Media Manager and agency partners to develop comprehensive media strategies, analyze performance data, and deliver actionable insights to drive the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Additionally, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to align media efforts with broader marketing objectives and support A/B testing and experimentation initiatives.

This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of ad tech, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Manage and optimize media accounts on a daytoday basis, including the creation of campaigns and audience targeting.
  • Analyze and manipulate performance data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to optimize media spend and tactics to achieve KPIs.
  • Provide actionable insights and reporting on daily, weekly, and monthly performance, comparing results against goals and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the Media Manager and agency partners to develop comprehensive media strategies that balance shortterm goals with longterm brand equity growth.
  • Assist in building annual media portfolio investment recommendations.
  • Foster strategic and tactical alignment with internal stakeholders such as brand, commercial, creative, ecommerce, and content marketing teams.
  • Work with media agency partners to optimize inmarket activities, generate insights for improved effectiveness, and adopt innovative approaches supported by data.
  • Collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders to set up, monitor, and report on A/B tests and experiments within the paid media channels.
  • Monitor and track budget pacing across campaigns, making necessary reallocations.
  • Clearly communicate campaign changes and performance updates to strategic partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry news and trends, and share knowledge to upskill the team. Reporting Relationships Reports to the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2+ years of experience running paid social, search, and digital advertising for brands (agency experience preferred).
  • Handson experience and certifications in Paid Social, Display, or Google Ad Search are a bonus.

Skills & Abilities

  • Proficiency with contemporary social media platforms, technologies, and trends.
  • Deep understanding of ad tech across various channels, including DSP, Paid Search, Retail Media, etc.
  • Prior experience in building, managing, and executing paid media strategies across Search, Social, Retail Media, Amazon Media Services, and Programmatic Display.
  • Capability to translate brand plans and synthesize digital and linear channels.
  • Positive, entrepreneurial spirit with excellent multitasking skills and the ability to deliver under tight timelines and adapt quickly to change.
  • Strong quantitative and data analysis skills.
  • Ability to build and foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Understanding of both brand and acquisition strategies, with experience running awareness and direct response campaigns.
