- Offrir un service à la clientèle conforme aux normes établies chez Renaud-Bray;
- Conseiller et suggérer les clients en mettant à profit ses connaissances;
- Effectuer la mise en étalage des produits de façon à ce que les sections soient attrayantes et maintenir l'ordre dans les rayons;
- S'assurer que les meilleures ventes, les nouveautés et les coups de cœur soient bien en vue dans le but de maximiser les ventes selon les directives établies;
- Participer aux retours, transferts et réceptions des produits selon les procédures prévues.
- Diplôme d'études secondaires;
- Un (1) à deux (2) ans d'expérience dans le commerce de détail et/ou dans le domaine du service à la clientèle;
- Aptitudes au service à la clientèle: entregent et bonne communication;
- Bonne culture générale;
- Capacité à travailler debout toute la journée, soulever et déplacer des boîtes;
- Rabais de 30% sur les achats en magasin.
