You have a Bachelor's degree from a reputable postsecondary institution in Computer Sciences plus considerable related experience in business system analysis, project management and planning plus sound supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
You have sound administrative and supervisory experience at a senior level.
Knowledge of the concepts, practices and techniques of business systems planning, development and operations.
Knowledge of municipal strategies, functions and programs, and relevant policies and procedures.
People leadership skills to supervise reporting staff including hiring, scheduling, assigning and reviewing work, coaching and development, performance management and all other people management practices.
Work with the IT Senior Manager/CIO to ensure adequate resource allocation and prioritization for projects and operational requirements in alignment with IT departmental goals
