About Burdock

Burdock is a Brewery and Restaurant in Bloordale, now in its 9th year of operation.

We are a small team of hospitality professionals who are dedicated to providing great service and making really good beer.

Chef de Partie Position Details:

Burdock is looking to add a person to our kitchen team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about food and the culture that surrounds it. We run a small rotating menu that takes inspiration from the seasons and local producers.

We make everything in house:
breads, ferments, pickles, sauces and desserts.

We work with the culture of a fine dining restaurant using modern and classic cooking techniques, striving for the best in every detail, but focusing on creating a more casual and comforting dining and working experience.

Our kitchen is kind, welcoming, creative and passionate about food and the people we work with.

This is a hourly part time position with the opportunity to move to full time with a 4 day work week.

Job Type:
Part-time

Salary:
$18-$20 per hour plus tips and a Health Spending Account
