Snowbird Aviation has opportunities as a Customer Service Agent within Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conducting passenger check-ins including: process ticket, announce flights, collect boarding passes, assist with baggage requirements and escort passengers during departures and arrivals
    • Cargo acceptance and processing
    • Receiving and communicate weather information, flight times, and passenger loads.
    • Preparing flight/freight manifest, passenger tickets, and load sheets
    • Effective communication with customers, peers, management, and various departments.
    • Assist with baggage handling and track lost baggage.
    • Coordinate transportation, meal requirements, and hotel reservations as required.
    • Problem solving and making a positive contribution to overall company operations.

    Qualifications:

    • Exceptional customer service skills and interpersonal skills that strengthen inter-company communications and relations.
    • Computer skills an asset.
    • Self-motivated and able to work within given timelines.
    • Effective leadership skills and ability to work as part of a team.
    • Able to resolve conflicts positively and productively (customer and co-worker).
    • Organizational skills imperative.
    • Required to obtain an Aircraft Radio license and Restricted Area Identity Card

    Shift Requirements:

    • Flexibility to work mornings, days, evenings, and weekends.
    • Occasional overtime and on call shifts may be required.

    This position is represented by the Teamsters Local 395 bargaining unit.
