    Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

    Job Summary: Martinrea International Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to our maintenance staff, ensuring the efficient operation of our equipment and facilities, and maintaining a safe working environment.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide leadership and direction to the maintenance department and its staff members
    • Ensure the efficient operation of equipment and facilities
    • Maintain a safe working environment
    • Co-ordinate with outside contractors on facility installations and repairs
    • Ensure all training within the department is completed in a timely manner and documented

    Requirements:
    • Millwright and/or Electrical and/or Tool & Die trades certification and/or combination of 5-10 years of Supervisory/management experience in a manufacturing environment
    • Excellent English Communication Skills (oral and written)
    • Basic knowledge in computer software for windows
    • Working knowledge of E-Maintenance or similar maintenance program
    • Knowledge of IATF certifications and audits
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Strong leadership and problem solving skills
    • Excellent knowledge in operating maintenance tools and equipment

    Work Environment:
    • 95% on Plant Floor
    • 5% in Office

    Physical Demands:
    • Sitting
    • Standing
    • Walking

    Health and Safety:
    • Must work in accordance with Health and Safety regulations, Company and plant rules, policies and procedures
    • Must use or wear Personal Protective Equipment and certain clothing as required by the Company
