You're an exceptional leader with the ability to manage and provide oversight of the Integrity Management Program (IMP) for our Gas assets.

You have a passion for safety and compliance with a knack for understanding regulatory requirements.

If you're someone with a strong process development skillset who has a track record and leading successful projects to completion, join us as a Manager, Integrity Management Program.


Reporting to the Director, Transmission, you'll support the development and streamlining of our risk-based metrics, reporting and dashboarding for Transmission infrastructure.


In this role, you will:


Develop a thorough understanding of our business and cultivate strong relationships within the organization, acting as contact for the IMP business units.

Manage the successful execution of the IMP across multiple business units for the safe and reliable operations of our assets.

Understand our compliance with regulatory requirements as they related to our linear assets and our facilities.
Engage and educate key business units on the IMP to business performance forward.
Embed IMP into our key business units everyday work, including our Distribution, Transmission, Compression and LNG Plant.


What it takes:


Certification as a Professional Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of recent and related experience in a regulated utility environment with an aptitude towards performance, analytics, problems solving and process management.

Exceptional strategic-thinking skills with a detail-oriented and analytical mindset to develop and manage large scale projects.
Excellent leadership and process improvement skills to elevate your peers and partners and drive continuous innovation and improvements.
Proven communication and relationship-building skills to align disparate business units, processes, and systems toward a common goal.
Demonstrated experience with management systems and operations of linear assets and facilities.
