Sales Coordinator (Aggregates)

Location: 9094 Cavanagh Road (Ashton, Ontario)

The **Sales Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate all external customer delivery needs with dispatch.
Maintain and communicate relevant pits and quarries information with customers.
Create, revise, and provide aggregate quotes with trucking haul rates to external customers.
Assist Sales Manager in proactive aggregate sales and identifying sales trends.
Facilitate the set up of internal jobs in Fast-Weigh including products, quantities, locations, phase, and cost codes.
Update sales quantities, work on hand quantities and Internal Transfers in IMS (Inventory Management System) monthly.
Coordinate with Aggregate Operations Team to ensure sales forecasting matches production planning and inventory levels.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

3 to 5 years of experience in a sales role, aggregate sales would be an asset
Strong interpersonal skills to understand customer needs and provide satisfactory solutions.
Ability to communicate professionally and courteously with customers and internal teams.
