Sales Coordinator (Aggregates)

Location: 9094 Cavanagh Road (Ashton, Ontario)

The **Sales Coordinator


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate all external customer delivery needs with dispatch.
  • Maintain and communicate relevant pits and quarries information with customers.
  • Create, revise, and provide aggregate quotes with trucking haul rates to external customers.
  • Assist Sales Manager in proactive aggregate sales and identifying sales trends.
  • Facilitate the set up of internal jobs in Fast-Weigh including products, quantities, locations, phase, and cost codes.
  • Update sales quantities, work on hand quantities and Internal Transfers in IMS (Inventory Management System) monthly.
  • Coordinate with Aggregate Operations Team to ensure sales forecasting matches production planning and inventory levels.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:


  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a sales role, aggregate sales would be an asset
  • Strong interpersonal skills to understand customer needs and provide satisfactory solutions.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and courteously with customers and internal teams.
